A welcome and discussion (30 min), a 1-hour or 30-minute massage, tailored to your body, and a return-to-you period (up to 30 min). This is a space to: - release what you are going through (physically, emotionally) - be listened to, without judgment - receive advice, guidance, and information adapted to you. The massage is entirely adapted to you. I use various techniques: - slow and enveloping strokes - gliding pressure - kneading - gentle mobilizations - work on the fascia and lymphatic system. Each movement supports the body's release and the calming of the nervous system and vagus nerve. The body continues to work after the massage.
